The layout of the house is awesome. It's wide and open. The master bedroom is huge and we love, love, love the walk-in shower. It's a very well planned and designed house. The choices of materials were better quality than typical builder grade projects and your team was extremely helpful with finish choices being made over the phone. Their experience proved key to a happy end result. In addition, you maintained the schedule for the build even in times of materials becoming sparser. This made it easy for us to plan financing and out trip to be in town for the closing. The communication back and forth was excellent and very responsive. We finally were able to see our new home (for the first time) upon a walk-through inspection for closing.
